Dr. Lee Ann Freeman received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, in Microbiology, Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree at the University of Tennessee and is a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. She then completed her Pediatric residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Dr. Freeman is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an associate clinical professor at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and routinely teaches medical students and Pediatric residents. Dr. Freeman began her Pediatric practice in Nashville in 1986.
Dr. Freeman is a native Tennessean and has three children. She enjoys hiking, snow skiing, and scuba diving.
